The Malawi University of Science and Technology (MUST) has temporarily suspended face-to-face classes due to the increase in the number of COVID-19 cases on campus.

The office of the University Registrar has confirmed in a memo addressed to all Members of Staff dated 29 June 2021.

The memo says face-to-face teaching and learning activities have been suspended from today, Wednesday 30 June 2021 to Tuesday 6 July 2021.

During this period, all teaching and learning activities will continue using the Moodle platform.

Meanwhile, the University is monitoring the situation through its COVID-19 Taskforce and has arranged mass testing for staff and students starting from Wednesday 30 June 2021
